Services for Older Adults in Antonito

We help Antonito residents aged 50 and up enjoy a higher quality of life through daily meals, group classes, and a supportive community environment. Programs are open to all and focused on promoting physical health and emotional well-being.

Stay Active

Whether it’s Tai Chi, Strong Bones, Chair Yoga, or Line Dancing, our fitness classes are designed for older adults who want to stay moving and feel their best. Join us for safe, fun exercise that supports strength, balance, and flexibility.

Enjoy a hot lunch every weekday with our senior lunch program in Alamosa. We serve balanced, delicious meals—including plant-based and gluten-free options—so you can eat healthy while connecting with friends around the table.

Antonito Seniors Are Welcome at the Table

We welcome Antonito residents to enjoy affordable, senior-friendly meals Monday through Friday. Our lunches help improve nutrition and reduce isolation—offering both physical sustenance and emotional connection in a safe, inclusive space.
