Del Norte residents have convenient access to engaging programs and supportive services designed just for older adults. Whether you're seeking health support, new friendships, or meaningful activities, we’re here for you.

Stay Active

Whether it’s Tai Chi, Strong Bones, Chair Yoga, or Line Dancing, our fitness classes are designed for older adults who want to stay moving and feel their best. Join us for safe, fun exercise that supports strength, balance, and flexibility.

Eat Well

Enjoy a hot lunch every weekday with our senior lunch program in Alamosa. We serve balanced, delicious meals—including plant-based and gluten-free options—so you can eat healthy while connecting with friends around the table.

Build Community

Our center is a place to meet new friends, play games like poker, bingo, or dominoes, join knitting or sewing groups, and attend educational events like our nutrition speaker series. There’s always something happening for seniors in the San Luis Valley.
